Returns Policy
At LandLeaping Auto Parts, we want you to feel confident in every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please review our return, cancellation, and refund guidelines below.
General Return Conditions
- VIN Requirement: A valid Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) must be provided at the time of purchase for an order to be eligible for return. Orders placed without a VIN cannot be returned.
- Return Request Window: Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Restocking Fee: A 25% restocking fee applies to all returned parts.
- Product Condition: Items must be unused, resaleable, and in their original packaging. Parts that have been installed, used, or attempted to be installed cannot be returned.
- Non-Returnable Items:
- Special-order parts from manufacturers
- Installed or tried parts
- Electrical parts
Defective or Incorrect Parts
- If you receive a defective or incorrect part, contact us within 15 days of receipt.
- Defective items may be eligible for a warranty replacement or refund, depending on the manufacturer’s policy.
- We may request photos, documentation, or return of the defective part for inspection.
Order Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled only before shipment.
- Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process.
- Special-order parts cannot be cancelled once placed with the manufacturer.
Refunds
- Refunds are processed after returned items are inspected and approved.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Returning Items
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect due to our error.
- We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method. LandLeaping Auto Parts is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
