Order Processing
- In-stock orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours.
- Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the next business day.
- If a part is not in stock and must be ordered from the manufacturer, it typically arrives at our warehouse within 2–3 business days and will be promptly shipped to you. Some manufacturer orders may take up to 5–6 business days; these will be shipped immediately upon arrival.
Most orders are shipped complete within 2–3 business days.
Shipping Methods & Transit Times
- Ground shipments usually take 2–7 business days, depending on your location.
- Overnight shipping is available for an additional fee.
- Oversized shipments may incur additional charges; you will be contacted for approval prior to shipping.
- Transit times for ground and oversized shipments cannot be guaranteed.
- We may use alternative shipping carriers to help reduce shipping costs for our customers.
International & Special Orders
- We do not ship internationally.
- COD (Cash on Delivery) orders are not accepted.
If a part is backordered or discontinued, we will do our best to locate one for you as quickly as possible.
Drop Ship Orders
- Some products may be shipped directly from the manufacturer or supplier rather than our warehouse.
- Drop-ship items typically ship within 1–2 business days once the supplier confirms availability.
- Drop-ship items allow us to offer a wider selection of parts at competitive prices.
